About the role:
This is an Enterprise-focused B2B marketing position responsible for shaping and orchestrating impactful Marketing programs for the region, reporting directly to the Europe CMO. Proactively collaborating with stakeholders across the business to drive integrated programs aligned to ABM, Events, and Campaigns to enhance Wipro’s reputation in the market.
The role will focus primarily on collaborating with Wipro’s industry experts and Consulting Partners in Europe to supercharge priority client engagement with Wipro’s unified suite of AI-powered platforms, solutions and transformative offerings.
R͏esponsibilities:
Orchestrate key marketing programs at a Pan-Europe level in close collaboration with the Field Marketing leads across the region. Specifically:
• Partner with Wipro’s industry experts and Consulting leaders in Europe – To build and lead Consulting-led, AI-Powered, & Industry-focused market activation. Coordinate marketing resources to deliver relevant industry content and a joined-up approach, feeding 1-to-1 and Industry cluster ABM.
• Planning and cross-functional collaboration – Connect teams across Marketing to align resources behind a cohesive and coordinated outreach plan for Europe, targeting key clients and industries.
• Account-based Marketing: Design 1-2-1 programs, capability, and content for local deployment to help shape and win large deals, with emphasis on initiatives that can be repeated and scaled.
• Large Industry events located in Europe: Support the Europe CMO to drive regional event activation to maximize global investment and client impact; to shape and enable the agreed plans working closely with the global event owners, Business owners, and the Field Marketing leads in the region, evaluate regional client impact and ensure swift follow-up on leads generated.
• Campaign coordination and activation: Working across a matrix structure of Central Marketing and Field Marketing teams to design and execute impactful campaigns across a variety of channels.
• Analyst & Advisor collaboration: Support the Europe CMO to drive pan-Europe A&A initiatives in close collaboration with the Market Development team. Shape and deliver programs and capability centrally and for scale, designed for local activation/localization.
• Alliance Partner collaboration: Work proactively with Alliance Partner marketing colleagues and Wipro’s regional Partner leaders to build regional programs that attract MDF and can be rolled out across Europe to enhance our brand reputation and client outreach efforts.
• KPI Measurement & Data Insights: Utilize analytics platforms working closely with the MarTech team to understand program impact and create dashboards/reports to interpret and visualize outcomes to guide others.
E͏xperience:
We’re looking for an energetic Enterprise B2B Marketing professional, with experience working in fast-paced, large matrix environments. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and proactive collaborator, capable of leading teams and projects, and a track-record of driving change and impact within the function. Specifically:
• Minimum 10 years’ B2B marketing experience, preferably working in IT Services, SaaS or Technology industries. Ideally with experience aligned to the Europe region.
• A strong team player who demonstrates good communication skills and initiative.
• Strong background in ABM, content creation/curation for B2B Programs and campaigns.
• Experience of leading matrix teams and projects, plus a track-record of delivering and evidencing marketing impact (on revenue, relationships and reputation).
• Excellent knowledge of marketing channels, technology and platforms, ideally Salesforce.com, Marketo, and 6Sense or similar.
• Good organizational skills, experience of working in a fast-paced environment, and ability to effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to highlight key insights in an impactful and simple way.
• High energy self-starter with a can-do attitude, and ability to learn quickly.
