Job Description
• Manage end-to-end infrastructure support projects across locations
• Lead NOC team, verify shift rosters, and lead shift handover and ops calls
• ITIL certified; sustain ITIL processes in service delivery
• Ensure service delivery per SLA with strong C-SAT and E-SAT scores
• Track incidents and ensure SLA compliance
• Implement and maintain Quality Management System
• Manage productivity and capacity per contract
• Review service performance with customers regularly
• Act as single point of contact for service delivery issues
• Organize resources to meet SLA requirements
• Implement processes for AMC/end user support
• Update process documents regularly
• Escalate quality issues promptly
• Identify training needs and ensure training delivery
• Resolve customer complaints with corrective actions
• Conduct final service audits
• Communicate effectively at all levels
• Collaborate with Delivery Manager on governance framework
• Manage service delivery objectives, reviews, and process improvements
• Mentor and develop team members
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks
• Work effectively with diverse, global teams
• Strong communication, presentation, Excel, risk mitigation, and matrix management skills
• Experience with offshore delivery model
Core Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Network Monitoring & Maintenance:
• Oversee daily network operations
• Ensure 24/7 uptime and reliability
• Monitor performance and improve bottlenecks
2. Incident & Problem Management:
• Lead troubleshooting for outages and connectivity issues
• Coordinate with vendors on escalated problems
• Develop incident response protocols
3. Team Leadership & Coordination:
• Manage and mentor NOC team
• Assign tasks, set priorities, ensure SLA compliance
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business units
4. Security & Compliance:
• Implement and monitor network security policies
• Ensure compliance with ISO, ITIL, GDPR, etc.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability management
5. Strategic Planning & Optimization:
• Plan capacity upgrades and scalability
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies
• Prepare budgets and reports for management
6. Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain records of configurations, incidents, and resolutions
• Provide performance reports
• Document SOPs for consistency.
