Operations Manager – Content Review/Moderation.

Location: Bangalore, India
Band: B3
Experience: 8+ Years
Shift: 24/7 (5 days/week with rotational week offs)
Employment Type: Full-Time


Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager – Content Review to lead large-scale operations in a high-volume, fast-paced content moderation environment. The role demands strong strategic leadership, client management, and operational excellence while managing multiple teams and driving business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to content moderation operations
  • Manage end-to-end delivery including Accuracy, AHT, SLAs, Attrition, and Shrinkage
  • Lead and mentor Team Leaders and mid-level managers, ensuring high performance
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
  • Drive revenue attainment, profitability, and business growth opportunities
  • Identify process improvement and optimization initiatives to scale operations
  • Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, and governance frameworks
  • Lead workforce planning, capability development, and employee engagement initiatives

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proven ability to lead large teams (80–120 FTEs) in content moderation/BPO environments
  • Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities
  • Expertise in client and stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to inspire teams, drive change, and work independently
  • Agile mindset with ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 work environment

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in BPO/ITES or Content Moderation
  • Proven experience in managing large teams and operations delivery

Preferred Qualifications

  • Lean / Six Sigma certification
  • Experience in revenue management and P&L ownership.

Key Competencies

  • Strong observation, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Good understanding of global and trending topics (Geopolitical, Entertainment, Sensitive events)
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

  • Language: English (Read/Write/Speak)
  • Proficiency Level: CEFR C1
  • Nationality: Indian
  • Notice Period: Within 30 days preferred
