Role Purpose

The Oracle EPM Lead plays a pivotal role in steering the architecture planning, design, and operational management of the concerned technology tower, encompassing platforms, databases, middleware, and backup solutions. This leadership position is responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Performance Management systems within our dynamic environment, delivering scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.

The role demands deep technical expertise combined with strategic oversight to manage day-to-day operations efficiently while aligning technology capabilities with organizational goals. You will serve as a key point of contact, mentoring team members and spearheading collaboration across business units to foster enhanced reporting accuracy and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Expertise in Narrative Reporting (NR) is essential, driving accurate, comprehensive, and compliant financial and management reports.
  • Experience with Planning Module within Oracle EPM is highly valued, although not mandatory.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle EPM Narrative Reporting artifacts such as end-to-end report creation, report packages, books, and doclets tailored for management, financial, and regulatory reporting demands.
  • Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into clear, reusable, and user-friendly reporting solutions harnessing the full capabilities of the Narrative Reporting module.
  • Define and control reporting variables, dynamic texts, and conditional logic to ensure flexibility and precision in the reports.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders including Finance, IT, and business units to accurately capture requirements, validate report outputs, and drive adoption and training on new reporting tools and capabilities.
  • Continuously assess and enhance reporting processes, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with regulatory changes and business strategies.

This multifaceted role requires a collaborative mindset, technical agility, and proactivity in adapting solutions to evolving enterprise needs.
