Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant (Supply Planning)
· 15+ years of overall experience with 2-3 Oracle Fusion Implementation
· Lead Oracle Fusion SCM functional workstreams across modules ( Supply Planning, and Costing)
· Own end-to-end Supply Chain business process design, Conduct Fit-Gap analysis, identify solution options, and drive design decisions aligned with Oracle best practices
· Serve as the primary SCM liaison between business users and technical teams.
· Lead and coordinate CRP (Conference Room Pilot) cycles, including scenario definition, execution, and gap closure.
· Support UAT planning and execution, defect triage, and stabilization activities
· Review and approve functional configurations, setups, and solution designs.
· Define SCM data migration strategy in collaboration with data and technical teams.
· Support data validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning for SCM objects.
· Work closely with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and enterprise integration teams.
· Provide status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to program leadership.
· Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation abilities
Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant (Demand Management)
• 10+ years of overall experience with Oracle SCM Cloud Implementation
• Understand Current‑state Demand Management processes, Capture gaps, drive resolutions, and validate end‑to‑end manufacturing flows in Oracle Fusion
• Configure Oracle Fusion Manufacturing modules
• Collaborate with Inventory, Production Control, WMS teams to ensure cross module alignment.
• Prepare and execute CRP scenarios for manufacturing processes.
• Support business users during CRP and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist in production readiness and go‑live activities.
• Support data cleansing, validation and reconciliation activities.
• Review and validate data loads using FBDI templates.
• Work with integration teams to support manufacturing interfaces
• Validate integration touchpoints and manufacturing transaction flows

2. Skill upgradation and competency building
- Clear wipro exams and internal certifications from time to time to upgrade the skills
- Attend trainings, seminars to sharpen the knowledge in functional/ technical domain
- Write papers, articles, case studies and publish them on the intranet
