Job Description: 

͏Data automation Engineer L3

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate business requirements, data specifications, and technical documentation, providing strategic feedback to drive continual improvement and innovation in data delivery.
  • Provide the development, implementation, and continual improvement of data visualization and reporting processes, transitioning from manual reporting to automated, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric-driven solutions.
  • Support the integration and management of data sources, leveraging Power BI and Microsoft Fabric to automate data extraction, transformation, loading and visualization in support of business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with lead operational data architects and data analysts to proactively identify data-related challenges and deliver adaptive, technology-driven and innovative solutions to business pain points.
  • This role covers end-to-end data engineering, semantic modeling, and reporting delivery in a production-scale environment
  • Design and implement Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse architecture using Bronze/Silver/Gold (medallion) patterns
  • Build and orchestrate pipelines using Fabric Data Factory
  • Model optimized star schemas and design Power BI semantic models
  • Apply data quality checks, governance standards, and documentation/runbooks
  • Configure Row-Level Security (RLS) and enterprise security controls
  • Manage monitoring, alerting, and reliability of production workloads
  • Support Dev/Test/Prod deployments using Fabric Workspaces and Deployment Pipelines
