Role Purpose
VMware, Linux Administration, Windows Administration, Active directory, Technical Helpdesk Support

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Technical Support / Helpdesk operations.
• Strong experience in Linux and Windows administration and troubleshooting.
• Respond to customer inquiries, assuring timely status updates and issue resolution.
• Resolve customer technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate within the company, escalating issues, and engaging others to solve difficult problems.
• Report product defects and feature enhancement requests.
• Document technical inquiries and contribute to knowledge base articles.
• Review product documentation prior to new releases.
• Participate in testing software builds prior to release.
• Perform 24x7 on-call responsibilities during scheduled periods.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Preferred Skills
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere (vCenter, ESXi, NSX).
• AWS Associate certification or relevant AWS experience.
Must Have
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience working in a Technical Helpdesk role.
• High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Strong troubleshooting skills on Linux and Windows environments.
