About the Pega Practice:

Wipro’s Pega Practice enables enterprises to transform customer service and operations through Agentic workflows, AI-driven decisioning, robotic process automation (RPA), and low-code orchestration. The ideal candidate will define the strategic roadmap, build differentiated offerings, manage delivery and fulfilment, drive hiring, and lead go-to-market initiatives. The role demands strong client engagement, thought leadership, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, delivery, and partner ecosystems.

Role Dimensions:

  • Drive business growth across existing and new clients by expanding Pega-led transformation initiatives.
  • Define and evolve the Pega service portfolio, including decisioning, case management, RPA, and low-code orchestration.
  • Own the Revenue and Order Book targets for the practice.
  • Build and scale competencies aligned to market demand and emerging Pega technologies.
  • Drive demand and fulfilment plans in collaboration with delivery leads, talent supply chain, and hiring teams.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with Pega and ecosystem partners to enhance solution capabilities and market reach.
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams to shape pursuits and deliver winning solutions.
  • Represent Wipro in analyst briefings, industry forums, and partner events as a thought leader.

͏

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

  • 20+ years of experience in technology consulting, with at least 5 years in Pega-led transformation.
  • Proven expertise in Pega Infinity, Customer Decision Hub, Pega RPA, and integration with enterprise platforms.
  • Highest-level Pega certifications (e.g., Lead System Architect, Decisioning Consultant).
  • Strong understanding of process transformation, AI/ML integration, and automation governance.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling practices or service lines.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with global clients across industries, with a strong network in the Pega ecosystem.
