Role Overview
Wipro’s People and Change consulting practice blends deep technology expertise with a people-first approach to help organizations navigate digital disruption and transformation.
The role will lead the People & Change practice for Wipro Consulting’s India Consulting Hub, across offerings including Organizational Change Management, Human Resource Transformation, Learning & Development, Building AI-powered Organizations etc. This role is responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for the practice, driving growth, innovation and ensuring delivery excellence across all client engagements.
The role will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping and delivering transformative people strategies that enable business agility, digital transformation, and sustainable performance. The leader will also play a critical role in developing talent, building thought leadership, and integrating People & Change capabilities across Wipro’s broader consulting and technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
1. Practice Leadership & Strategy
• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for People & Change Consulting in India, aligned with Wipro Consulting’s global vision.
• Lead the development of service offerings across Organizational Change Management, Human Resource Transformation, Learning & Development, Building AI-powered Organizations etc.
• Drive innovation by embedding digital, analytics, and behavioural science into People & Change solutions.
• Collaborate with global and regional practice leaders to ensure consistency, scalability, and relevance of offerings.
2. Business Growth & Client Engagement
• Drive business development through client relationships, proposal development, and thought leadership.
• Act as a senior advisor to CXOs on complex transformation programs, particularly those involving people, culture, and capability shifts.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to integrate People & Change solutions with Wipro’s broader digital, technology, and operations offerings.
3. Delivery Excellence
• Ensure high-quality delivery of consulting engagements that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Provide executive oversight and governance for large-scale transformation programs.
• Establish frameworks, methodologies, and tools that enhance delivery consistency and impact.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the practice.
4. Talent Development & Leadership
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of consultants and managers.
• Drive capability development through structured learning, coaching, and career progression initiatives.
• Promote diversity, inclusion, and collaboration across the practice and broader consulting community.
• Serve as a role model for Wipro’s leadership values and consulting excellence.
5. Thought Leadership & Market Positioning
• Represent Wipro Consulting as a thought leader in People & Change through publications, speaking engagements, and industry forums.
• Develop intellectual property, frameworks, and insights that differentiate Wipro’s People & Change offerings.
• Collaborate with marketing and global teams to strengthen brand positioning in the market.

Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related discipline from a reputed institution.
• Experience:
o 18+ years of experience in management consulting, with at least 8 years in People & Change / Human Capital / Organization Transformation leadership roles.
o Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs across industries.
o Strong business development experience.
o Deep understanding of digital transformation, future of work, and change enablement methodologies.
• Skills & Competencies:
o Strategic thinking and executive presence.
o Strong client relationship management and influencing skills.
o Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
o Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across global networks.
o Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and growth.
