Job Description / Role Requirements

  • Strong and hands-on experience in Perl development (mandatory).
  • Good-to-have: Experience with PowerShell scripting.
  • The role requires the associate to independently analyse existing Perl scripts to fully understand:
    • The purpose of each script
    • How the scripts function within the user access provisioning process
  • Ability to reverse engineer existing scripts to identify:
    • Logic, purpose, and trigger points
    • Dependencies and integration touchpoints
  • Document the understanding in the form of:
    • Clear process flowcharts
    • Step-by-step process documentation
  • Work closely with Wipro and BT teams, including:
    • Attending KT (Knowledge Transfer) sessions
    • Clarifying requirements and technical flows
  • Perform testing and validation as required to ensure script accuracy and stability
  • The role demands a self-motivated professional with:
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Deep-rooted Perl development expertise
    • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
