Job Description

  1. Expertise in Installation/ rebuilding / upgrading / migration/patching on any one of SSO products- Ping Federate, Okta
    Performance / tuning exposure of SSO product
    Expertise in Authentication protocols and frameworks SAML / OAUTH / WS-FED / WS-TRUST
    Experience in doing various ways of Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)
    Good knowledge of SSL / TLS /LDAP protocols        
    Knowledge in certificate/Digital Signature works for data transit & certificate renewal process
    Understanding of Rest API and SOAP security protocols 
    Experience in Power Shell
    Good understanding of authentication methodologies, Identity Federation and access management
    Ability to articulate problem and option for solution to different types of audience
    Working experience on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
    Work with IAM 3rd party supplier(s) and across technology towers to resolve complex product issues
    Apply troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex, cross functional issues
    Exposure to ITIL process and experience in service now or any ticketing tool
    Good Experience in tracking SLA, KPI, OPIs and reporting
    Drive service improvement & automation programs
    Location :  Bengaluru or Chennai
