Platform Chief Architect
| Platform Architect will be dedicated to leveraging the capabilities of the Industry leading BSM tools like ServiceNow Telecom Industry Solutions in conjunction with Wipro’s market-leading technical and industry expertise to offer exceptional solutions global clients. The role involves working with our clients through their transformation journey, helping them realize and communicate the associated benefits. Leader will identify opportunities, review and guide execution activities, and balance technical expertise with a business-focused mindset to shape, sell, and deliver transformation programs. |
| · Drive building Telco Industry solutions /PoC using Industry leading platform like ServiceNow, OpsRamp, ELK, etc, |
| · Execute consulting assignments, driving technology innovation with BSM Workflows and Platform. |
| · Demonstrate skills in planning, consulting, requirement analysis, design, and delivery of Platform, workflow and Industry solutions |

| · Act as trusted advisors by showcasing deep Platfrom Engineering knowledge with BSM tools covering service management / orchestration platforms. knowledge and delivering exceptional value to ensure repeat business. |
| · Drive building Telco Industry solutions /PoC using ServiceNow Platform |
| · Build and run platform life cycle with continuous improvement with significant AI play. |

| Qualifications: |
| · Platform skills (ServiceNow preferred), Infrastructure /Network experience |
| · 12+ Years of Industry Experience |
| · 8+ years in architecting, developing, implementing Service Management Platform and solutions around BSM and other Industry leading platforms. |
| · 5+ Years advising customers on Service Management Platform architecture, integrations, implementation roadmap |
| · 2+ years of experience on AI, GenAI and AIOps solutioning, archiecting and running development cycle |
| · Managed platform development teams |
| · Worked in global delivery model |
| · Client/Customer Management, Reporting, Stakeholder management |
| · Supported pre-sales, delivered solution presentations |
| · Excellent communication skills |
| · Bachelor's degree |
