Key Responsibilities

• Identify, define, and validate quantum use cases across domains (e.g., finance, healthcare, supply chain), focusing on ROI, feasibility, and scalability.
• Analyze customer data, constraints, and business processes to map pain points to quantum or hybrid quantum-classical solutions.
• Lead presales activities: craft proposals, develop solution architectures, create cost/benefit models, respond to RFPs, and differentiate offerings.
• Prepare and deliver demos and prototypes at the innovation center to showcase capabilities to clients and prospects.
• Collaborate with engineering and research teams to ensure technical viability and manage risk in proposed solutions.
• Evangelize quantum computing through workshops, whitepapers, and speaking engagements both internally and externally.
• Research and develop novel quantum and hybrid algorithms, focusing on error mitigation, noise resilience, optimization, and simulation.
• Engage with academic institutions on joint projects, publications, student supervision, and workshops.
• Establish partnerships with niche quantum startups and technology providers.
• Publish research in top conferences and journals; represent the organization in relevant forums and standards bodies.
• Support product and engineering teams in translating research insights into prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
• Maintain awareness of the latest scientific developments, benchmark emerging hardware, and simulate algorithm performance.

Qualification

• Extensive consulting, solution architecture, or domain expertise
• Strong quantum-specific experience quantum algorithm/theory/simulation research for Researcher).
• Deep understanding of quantum computing paradigms, algorithmic possibilities, and current limitations.
• Excellent business acumen and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record in leading deals, demos, and customer engagements.
• PhD in Physics, Mathematics, Quantum Information Science, or equivalent (for Researcher).
• Strong theoretical grounding, experience with quantum algorithms, error correction, and simulation tools.
• Demonstrated research experience and publication record; ability to conduct independent research and collaborate with academia and industry.
• Proficient coding and simulation skills (Python, C++, quantum simulators, and early hardware).
