1.    Overall minimum of 10+ years of experience in Full stack developer (React Native and Python Backend)
2.    Proven track record of leading and delivering complex data science projects.
3.    Strong programming skills in languages such as Python with proficiency in leveraging AWS AI SDKs and APIs.
4.    Strong understanding of mobile app lifecycles and performance optimization.
5.    Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
6.    Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
7.    Firm grasp of the JavaScript and TypeScript and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax
8.    Experience with Jest or RTL or Mocha for unit testing
9.    Android and iOS native mobile application development using Kotlin / Java and Objective C / Swift respectively
10.    Experience in leveraging the following Frameworks, Libraries and Tools:
o    Expo
o    React Native libraries, like battery optimization check, blob util, date picker, device info, fast image, logs, maps etc.
o    Axios
o    Tools – eslint, Legend app, husky, prettier
11.    Mobile application development leveraging best practices and techniques.
12.    Aware of the challenges with Cross Platform development in terms of managing single codebase, integration of native SDK, Plugin version management, performance issues.
13.    Familiarity with native tools such as XCode,
14.    Any prior experience in setting up Native Bridge would be an additional advantage.
15.    Should have integrated with various backend systems using SOAP/REST Web Services and should be familiar with session management on the client side for API integration.
16.    Should be able to define app behaviour when Web Services fails/unavailable.
17.    Should be able to manage application behaviours like Security, Push Notification, Performance, etc.
18.    Familiarity with code instrumentation, tracing and performance test tools/ frameworks is desirable.
