Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Managing FNMS Infrastructure including Application, Database, Inventory Beacon & Reporting Servers.
  • Managing Software Licenses, Contracts & Purchase Orders.
  • Creating online compliance report.
  • Managing License Reconciliation & configuration.
  • Managing Enterprise groups.
  • Deploying inventory agents on Windows, MAC & Linux machines with troubleshooting skills.
  • Enterprise level software procurement and license tracking
  • Creating custom reports based on requirement from Business.
  • Tool - Servicenow SAM pro/ Flexera
  • Creating & configuring Workflow Family, Workflow Groups & Workflows.
  • Creating & configuring Questions & Templates.
  • Custom configuration of Mail templates respective to Catalog Items.
  • Configuring Site & Deployment settings.

Essential Roles:

  • Reporting. Creating & configuring applications and packages in SCCM to enable deployment of software's & scripts.
  • Creating & configuring collections & deployments in SCCM.
  • Handling Enterprise level External Audits, True Ups & Renewals.
  • Analyzing software deployment infrastructure & suggesting best practices for optimizing License utilization.
  • License & Lease Management: Tracking & Allocation of licensed Tools to Projects based on requirement.
  • Handling Enterprise level software purchases & license delivery.
  • Configuration & Management of Specialized Inventory tools for capturing software deployment inventory across organization.
  • Understanding Project requirement & suggesting Tools suitable for the requirement keeping advantages of different licensing models in mind.
  • Assisting & guiding Projects in implementation of optimized Software Infrastructure.
  • SAM Tools, ITIL, Knowledge on ticketing tools.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge on Software Asset Management, Licensing & Compliance. Licensing knowledge on Publishers like Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, Adobe & Veritas, and capable to prepare SLR reports.
  • Flexera FlexNet Manager Suite Administration
  • Servicnow SAM Proo tool management. 
  • SAM tool knowledge
