Role Purpose

The Information Technology department of HCS Corporation India Pvt is seeking a seasoned Systems Specialist who possesses expert knowledge in SAP Security, GRC, S/4 HANA, and Fiori Security. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our SAP systems and involves leading SAP Security projects, providing ongoing support, and managing compliance activities effectively. The specialist will serve as a key contributor to the security landscape, ensuring that all SAP systems operate securely according to organizational standards and regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot SAP Authorization systems across our extensive SAP landscape including GRC, ERP, PO, Solution Manager, SAP Portal, MII, ME, BI, MDM, Business Objects, EP, IBP, Ariba, S/4 HANA, and Fiori.
• Translate complex business requirements into secure SAP roles and authorization profiles, ensuring alignment with compliance and security standards.
• Design, develop, and deploy SAP roles, authorizations, and user accounts to support current operations and planned implementations or rollouts.
• Develop detailed training materials and conduct training sessions to empower end-users and staff on SAP security protocols and updates.
• Assess project requests to scope and estimate resource needs and timelines for successful SAP Security project delivery.
• Participate actively as a member of project teams, coordinating development efforts to define project scope, limitations, and deliverables.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends and SAP security innovations, providing strategic advice and insights to senior management.
• Deliver Level 3 support by troubleshooting and resolving complex SAP Security application issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
• Lead creation of SAP Security Blueprints and conduct thorough user acceptance testing to validate security setups prior to deployment.
• Coordinate and ensure timely completion of internal and external SAP security audits and related compliance activities.
• Partner with internal audit teams and external auditors to support compliance verification and remediation efforts.

• Propose and develop new service offerings and capabilities that demonstrate value through innovation and technical expertise.
• Provide training and demonstrations on SAP Security solutions to existing staff to raise overall team proficiency.
• Develop reusable process assets and artifacts based on project learnings to aid future initiatives.
• Engage regularly with subject matter experts to ensure alignment with downstream delivery requirements.
• Participate actively in practice development and share knowledge and perspectives across relevant interest communities.
