Job Description: SAP MDG Technical Consultant
Experience
- Overall 5+ years of experience, with minimum 4 years of relevant experience in SAP MDG
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop new features and enhancements in SAP MDG applications
- Test and validate developments completed by other team members
- Design and develop solution prototypes when required
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP MDG applications
- Provide deep insights into SAP MDG capabilities aligned with Schneider Electric business use cases
- Participate in SAP MDG implementation projects for one or more master data objects such as:
- Material
- Customer
- Vendor
- Financial Masters
- Perform MDG process modeling, Change Request (CR) setup, and CR step definition based on business requirements
- Support UAT phases and go‑live activities of SAP MDG implementation projects
- Contribute to or support S/4HANA migration projects involving SAP MDG

3. Build domain expertise and contribute to knowledge repository
- Engage and interact with other BAâÂÂs to share expertise and increase domain knowledge across the vertical
- Write whitepapers/ research papers, point of views and share with the consulting community at large
- Identify and create used cases for a different project/ account that can be brought at Wipro level for business enhancements
- Conduct market research for content and development to provide latest inputs into the projects thereby ensuring customer delight
