Job Description
- 10-15 years of work experience in leading SAP Integration technologies – PI/PO , BTP Integration Suite – CPI / CI , APIM , Open Connector, Event Mesh, Trading Pratner Management (TPM)
- Must have participated in End-to-End Integration Project Lifecycle. Experience in participating across License management, Feasibility, Diagnostics, Solution Design, Coding, Testing, Deployment and Support for minimum 4-5 E2E project.
- Integration Lead Experience across S4HANA Programs, Good knowledge of and affinity to IT trends and topics, Open to a cross industry knowledge and a cross Line of Business process understanding , Guide customer executives to develop integrations strategy
- Having stromg experience on High level design architecture and low level design architecture.
- Strong experience on any one architecture designning tool Lucid Chart / Visio etc.
- Having experience on Enterprise Integration architecture with TOGAF principles & morden day architecture principles – API Lead / Microservice .
- Drive client discussions to define the integration requirements and translate the business requirements to the technology solution.
- Proficient on activities include mapping business processes to support applications, defining the data entities, selecting integration technology components and patterns, and designing the integration architecture.
- Experience on business developing and putting into practice business processes and IT strategies towards a digital transformation with multi integration solutions.
- Experience on developing best-fit SAP platform and application architecture followed by IT-transformation roadmaps in close collaboration with process and solution experts Supporting large customer transformation processes as a trusted advisor.
- Solution Architect Capabilities to replatform complex global processes setup in PO or other middleware to SAP Integration suite.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Deep knowledge of design patterns implemented in SAP IS/CPI, Groovy scripts, API development, Mappings.
- Should be able to define, design and implement Iflow templates for global processes.
- Deep knowledge of EDI and Trading Partner Management in both SAP PO and SAP IS/CPI
- Should be able to mentor/upskill peers on SAP IS.
- Ability to make difficult decisions, accountability for integration process (e.g. SFDC, Ariba) and SOA manager configuration
- Capable to independently coordinate the set-up of new interfaces. This includes realignment with various teams and functions- Security, Networking, SAP Basis, project teams, external and internal customers.
- Good knowledge in ERP systems to enable ALE/EDI
- Deep knowledge in SFDC Integration based on BPM technology.
- Ownership of all SFDC related integration processes, Ariba integration and SOA Manager configuration in the dedicated ERP systems (incl. MDG).

1. Instrumental in understanding the requirements and design of the product/ software
- Develop software solutions by studying information needs, studying systems flow, data usage and work processes
- Investigating problem areas followed by the software development life cycle
- Facilitate root cause analysis of the system issues and problem statement

- Analyze client requirements and convert requirements to feasible design

2. Perform coding and ensure optimal software/ module development
- Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, software development and proposed software
- Develop and automate processes for software validation by setting up and designing test cases/scenarios/usage cases, and executing these cases
- Modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces.
- Analyzing information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system
- Ensuring that code is error free or has no bugs and test failure
- Preparing reports on programming project specifications, activities and status
- Ensure all the codes are raised as per the norm defined for project / program / account with clear description and replication patterns
- Compile timely, comprehensive and accurate documentation and reports as requested
- Coordinating with the team on daily project status and progress and documenting it
- Providing feedback on usability and serviceability, trace the result to quality risk and report it to concerned stakeholders

3. Status Reporting and Customer Focus on an ongoing basis with respect to project and its execution
- Capturing all the requirements and clarifications from the client for better quality work
- Taking feedback on the regular basis to ensure smooth and on time delivery
- Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.
- Consulting with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
- Documenting very necessary details and reports in a formal way for proper understanding of software from client proposal to implementation
- Ensure good quality of interaction with customer w.r.t. e-mail content, fault report tracking, voice calls, business etiquette etc
- Timely Response to customer requests and no instances of complaints either internally or externally
