Role Overview The DTCEC SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consultant / Analyst provides specialist functional expertise across Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Time & Labor modules, supporting payroll accuracy, compliance, and stable operations within a regulated banking environment. The role works closely with HR, Payroll, Integration, and Testing teams to ensure end to end solution integrity. Experience & Background
8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Time & Labor Strong functional knowledge of payroll processes, time evaluation, and statutory compliance Experience working in large enterprise or banking environments with strong governance controls Exposure to end to end implementations and BAU support models
Key Responsibilities
Provide functional expertise in SuccessFactors ECP and Time & Labor modules Support design, configuration validation, and enhancement of payroll and time management solutions Analyse payroll and time requirements and ensure alignment with system configuration Validate payroll calculations, schemas, wage types, and time evaluation rules Support end to end payroll cycles, including parallel runs, reconciliations, and issue resolution Work closely with integration and testing teams to support defect triage and root cause analysis Support UAT, regression testing, and release readiness activities Assist with functional documentation, test scenarios, and operational handover artefacts Ensure solutions comply with banking, audit, and regulatory standards
Functional Skills & Capabilities
Strong understanding of ECP payroll processing, retroactivity, and validations Experience with Time & Labor configuration, rules, and data dependencies Ability to analyse payroll discrepancies and recommend corrective actions Strong collaboration skills across HR, Payroll, IT, and vendor teams High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance
