Job Description: 

SAP Successfactors Compensation Variable pay

8 + years’ experience. We are seeking an experienced Compensation Implementation Specialist to lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of the compensation module phase 2 (Including 28 Countries) in SAP SuccessFactors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless integration of our global merit compensation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Implementation Leadership: Oversee the full-cycle implementation of the SuccessFactors Merit review process, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
• Configuration Expertise: Configure the SuccessFactors Compensation module to align with our global merit processes, policies, and workflows.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR leaders and regional teams to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions.
• Customization and Integration: Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to ensure integration with existing systems and customizations as needed.
• Training and Support: Develop user training materials and provide ongoing support to ensure adoption and effective utilization.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing to identify and resolve issues before deployment.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze post-implementation feedback to optimize system functionality and processes.
Essential Skills
• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in the Compensation module.
• Strong understanding of dependencies with other modules like Employee Central, Performance management and Goals management.
• Good understanding of SuccessFactors Reporting Tools.
• Strong understanding of global merit compensation processes and best practices.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale HR technology implementations • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders across various levels and regions.
• Familiarity with integration tools and APIs related to SuccessFactors is a plus.
