Role Overview

The Salesforce Financial Services Competency Lead is responsible for building and scaling Salesforce capabilities within the financial services vertical, while driving the strategic vision and managing the day-to-day operations of a dedicated Center of Excellence (CoE). This role combines delivery leadership with deep expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, ensuring optimal platform utilization to streamline business processes, enhance customer experiences, and deliver measurable outcomes across sales, service, and wealth management functions. In addition, the position focuses on solution innovation, talent development, asset creation, and strategic client engagement. Success in this role requires strong domain knowledge, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for enabling digital transformation through Salesforce technologies
Required Skills and Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and nCino.
    • Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Sales, Service, FSC Specialist Superbadge, FSC Accredited Professional, OmniStudio Consultant, Banking Accredited Professional, Experience Cloud Consultant, and nCino.
    • Expertise in Salesforce FSC features, implementation, customization, and configuration.
    • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams across development, business analysis, and project management.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration.
    • Deep knowledge of financial services industry practices, regulations, and banking operations, including loan lifecycle management.
    • Experience in successful nCino implementations within banking environments.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure Salesforce performance.
    • Open to travel (up to 25%).

Preferred Experience 

    • Experience working with global clients and multi-country implementations.
    • Familiarity with AI-powered Salesforce features (Einstein, Data Cloud).
    • Prior experience in consulting or system integration firms.
