Define and design end-to-end Salesforce architecture for complex enterprise implementations.

Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities.

Develop integration strategies with external systems using APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and ETL tools.

Create technical design documents, data models, and system diagrams.

Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on coding standards, performance optimization, and platform best practices.

Review and approve technical deliverables to ensure quality and compliance.

Collaborate with functional architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Stay updated on Salesforce product releases, emerging technologies, and industry trends.

Recommend enhancements and optimizations to improve system performance and user experience.

Drive adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams on Salesforce technical strategy.

Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and solution proposals.

8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.

Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform capabilities.
-
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
-
Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and third-party systems.

Knowledge of data modelling, security models, and performance tuning in Salesforce.
-
Strong communication and leadership skills.
-
Open to travel (up to 25%).

Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II, Integration Architect, Data Architect preferred.

Experience with Salesforce Industry Clouds (Financial Services, Health Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud).

Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps Center, Git-based version control, and CI/CD tools.

Knowledge of Marketing Cloud, and Tableau CRM for advanced analytics.

Exposure to AI-driven features (Einstein, Data Cloud) and advanced automation.

Prior experience in consulting or system integration firms with global delivery models
