Role Name Cyber Security Analyst L3
Potential Band Alignment B2 
Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to handle escalated alerts, investigate incidents and perform vulnerability scans to ensure compliance with organizational standards and reduce security risks.

Key Responsibilities 

·                Design, develop, configure, and support Saviynt IGA solutions (EIC). 

·                Implement Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes. 

·                Develop and manage:  

o        Technical Rules 

o        Dynamic Attributes 

o        Account & Access Provisioning rules 

·                Configure Access Request System (ARS), approval of workflows, and request validations. 

·                Integrate Saviynt with:  

o        Active Directory (AD) 

o        Azure AD 

o        LDAP 

o        Databases 

o        Cloud and On-Prem applications 

·                Configure and customize:  

o        Email templates (global and endpoint-level) 

o        Notifications and jobs 

·                Implement and manage:  

o        Access Certifications 

o        User Access Reviews (UAR) 

o        Role-based access (RBAC)

·                Create and maintain:  

o        Custom Analytics & Reports 

·                Perform user reconciliation, account reconciliation, and certification campaigns. 

·                Support BAU operations, incident management, RCA preparation, and change deployments. 

·                Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and solution designs. 

·                Collaborate with business stakeholders, application owners, and auditors. 

·                Support UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live support.

Areas of responsibility  
Monitoring and Incident Detection Handle escalated alerts, prevent potential intrusions from third party agents and analyse log correlation to ensure alignment with security standards.
Incident Handling and Analysis Triage security incidents, handle escalated incidents, assist in performing root cause analysis and prepare reports that adhere to compliance requirements.

Threat Assessment and Analytics Perform vulnerability scans, identify threat intelligence feeds, and recommend preventive measures to reduce exposure.
Stakeholder Coordination and Audit Assistance Coordinate with internal teams on security issues, maintain risk registers and assist during compliance audits.
