Position Overview
Wipro Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Scrum Master to lead agile delivery within an intricate cloud-hosted multi-application ecosystem designed for a major Public Sector client. This impactful role requires a seasoned professional with proven expertise in executing agile methodologies in complex hybrid cloud environments. The successful candidate will be integral to ensuring projects meet rigorous innovation goals while adhering to strict compliance and regulatory standards.

Primary Responsibilities
As Senior Scrum Master, you will

• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering continuous alignment and efficiency across teams operating within a hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Mentor and coach multiple Scrum teams, cultivating a deep understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. Tailor agile practices to address the unique complexities of cloud-based multi-application environments and evolving client needs.
• Collaborate closely with product owners and cross-functional stakeholders to develop, prioritize, and maintain a value-driven backlog that supports strategic objectives, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, and meets client expectations.
• Identify, analyze, and proactively remove impediments and risks to facilitate uninterrupted sprint progress, employing strong problem-solving skills and mature decision-making capabilities.
• Establish and nurture open and transparent communication channels across Wipro teams and client representatives, encouraging knowledge sharing, engagement, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Track, analyze, and report on key agile metrics and performance indicators, providing actionable insights through detailed retrospectives and progress reports for senior leadership and clients.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting innovative approaches, integrating feedback, and evolving agile practices to enhance team productivity, product quality, and delivery efficacy.

Qualifications and Skills
Ideal candidates will demonstrate

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline a Master's degree is preferred and signifies an advantage.
• Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master or Agile Coach managing complex software projects within cloud-hosted, multi-application ecosystems, preferably serving Public Sector clients.
• Deep knowledge and practical application of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, with an ability to adapt these frameworks within hybrid cloud setups for optimal delivery results.
• Exceptional leadership abilities combined with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of motivating diverse, cross-functional teams while navigating intricate regulatory landscapes typical of Public Sector environments.
• Strong technical proficiency with agile project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and advanced reporting solutions to optimize workflow management and tracking effectiveness.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, risk management expertise, and a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards in quality assurance and process improvement.
• A demonstrated history of successfully driving agile transformations that nurture innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within dynamic, fast-moving organizations.
