Role Purpose

Appian Developer: Appian, Appian BPM, SQL, Data Integrations

  • Key Result Area:

    1. Implementing BPM solutions for case Management and process simplification using BPM for financial domain.
    2. Good knowledge of the product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Appian etc.
    3. One should have good knowledge in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as Tempo, Mobility Features, Forums, SAIL, Plugin development, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment etc.
    4. Knowledge in designing the integrations based on SOA, which allows different applications to exchange data with one another.
    5. Exceptional Communication skills.
    6. Good Knowledge in BPEL (Business Process Execution language) to create process and flows.
    7. Good Knowledge of developing Business Orchestration base interacting with Web services using Appian.
    8. Strong knowledge in Object Oriented concepts
    9. Added advantages to have experience on Web APIs, Sites, Process Model as a Service, Admin Console, Document Management, and Integration Smart Services.
    10. Appian Analyst Certification on recent Appian versions is good to have.
    11. Knowledge of web services and integration would be preferred.

    Required Experience:

    1. Must have a bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics)
    2. Good Communications
    3. Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and expert-level Excel skills.
    4. Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
    5. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
