Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.

Job Summary: 
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join our GT investments Allocations team for BDC approval and 
cross trade approval process. The role expects to collaborate between different teams and regions to seek approvals 
on transactions / trades. As an integral part of our team, you will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of Private Credit 
investments and play a pivotal role in supporting the NY stakeholders in preparing BDC approval decks, Hypo 
templates to finalize allocations across BXCI and track lending capacity for BDCs for our clients and Portfolio 
Managers.  

Responsibilities: 
• Collaborate with investment, legal, operations, and risk teams to ensure smooth execution and coordinate 
approvals of the deals. 
• Position as a COE point of contact and build relationships with stakeholders to transition activities. 
• Prepare Board approval packs and send out to BDCs to seek approvals. 
• Create SOPs, guidelines, checklists and training materials to support operational consistency. 
• Implement quality assurance measures and conduct thorough checks for all deliverables. 
• Preparing Ad-Hoc reports/dashboards as per management’s requirement. 
• Work as part of a team-based structure and assist the NY analyst in running Hypos to finalize allocations for 
each Asset class and Funds.  
• Undertake multiple ad hoc projects as requested by senior management. Respond to ad-hoc requests from the 
GT Investment analysts and Legal team analysts to provide relevant information as needed. 
• Provide support to track Lending capacity for BDCs and maintain pipeline transactions for clients catering 
to overall BXCI. 

Skills Required: 
• MBA in Finance, CFA, or CA qualification.  
• Experience in Direct Lending, L&C or private credit is a plus.  
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Thorough understanding of basic financial concepts and the ability 
to critically implement them.  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word).  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills & interpersonal skills.  
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure and with multiple 
stakeholders.  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while demonstrating high sense of ownership and 
accountability.  
• Proven track record of working directly with senior management.  
• Proficient in handling client escalations, resource allocation, people management, and project deliverables.
