Role Overview 
This role helps drive CIO‑level insights, supports strategic allocation decisions, and contributes to performance, risk, 
and fundamental analysis, managing the transaction pipeline, and delivering clear, client-ready reporting materials. 
Key Responsibilities 
• Partner with the IABC Portfolio Management and Insurance Solutions Asset Allocation teams to 
support the deployment of committed client capital into attractive risk-return investments across a diversified 
opportunity set. 
• Collaborate with investment, legal, operations, and risk teams to ensure smooth execution from origination 
through ongoing portfolio management duties. 
• Run detailed analyses on portfolio attributes for transactions across the Infrastructure & Asset-Based Credit 
strategy. 
• Support asset‑allocation frameworks, modeling, and analysis across BXCI strategies and insurance 
balance‑sheet mandates. 
• Translate complex data into digestible, client-friendly reporting templates for recurring monthly and 
quarterly client updates and portfolio review calls. 
• Maintain accurate portfolio data in internal systems and ensure timely updates for stakeholders. 
• Analyze portfolio‑company fundamentals, capital structures, liquidity, and performance trends. 
• Synthesize quarterly “watch list” and “focus list” updates from Asset Management counterparties into clear, 
actionable client-facing materials. 
• Identify and monitor key risks and performance drivers across the portfolio. 
• Prepare CIO materials, dashboards, and investment memos summarizing exposures, risks, and allocation 
opportunities. 
• Partner with investment teams to gather insights on pipelines, performance drivers, and underwriting 
assumptions. 
• Support quarterly reviews, insurance‑client reporting, and internal presentations. 
• Support the Portfolio Management team’s oversight of the transaction pipeline by tracking committee 
memos, ensuring system updates, and communicating the latest data to teams to drive capital allocation 
decisions. 
• Monitor market trends and deal activity in the infrastructure and asset-based credit sectors to inform pipeline 
development. 
• Develop tools, dashboards, and processes to streamline portfolio monitoring, reporting, and pipeline tracking. 
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy in client deliverables. 
Key Skillsets & Attributes 
• Master’s degree in finance, economics or related field prior experience in credit, infrastructure, project 
finance, or asset-based lending preferred. 
• Prior experience in consulting / research is preferred. 
• Expertise in PowerPoint with the ability to create polished, client-ready materials. 
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including data analysis. 
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. 
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables with varying timelines in a fast-paced, demanding environment. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. 
• Background preparing materials for senior investment committees or CIO‑level reviews.
