Job Description:
The analyst will primarily support the BREDS PMO process, assist the BREDS Project Management teams, maintain minutes of meetings, and manage project documentation. The candidate should have JIRA experience and be able to support some operational activities as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
• Take notes, aligns with Clients notes
• Sends the meeting recaps and next steps
• Writes and keeps Jira updated after each meeting
• Works with the Scrum Master to ensure Jira is kept up to date and clean
• Bubbles up to Senior Management, coachable
• Familiarity with roadmaps, agile, self-starter, clear and concise

Junior Product owner Qualities:
• Attend meetings and actively participate.
• Take detailed notes and ensure alignment with senior product owners’ meeting summaries.
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master to update JIRA with meeting notes and relevant email updates in a timely manner.
• Provide oversight to the Scrum Master, ensuring JIRA is free of missing attributes and that advanced roadmaps are clear of flags indicating past-due work.
• Raise suggestions or concerns to the Product Owner when necessary.
• Support operational activities
• Be a self-starter with a strong desire to learn, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.
• Build relationships with colleagues outside the immediate team to collaborate on mutually beneficial solutions.
• When faced with unfamiliar topics, seek guidance or conduct independent research to find solutions.
