Skill: SAP Vendor Invoice Management

Location: PAN India

Looking for a Senior SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience.  As a Senior SAP VIM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP VIM solutions for our clients. Your expertise will be crucial in streamlining invoice processing and document management, ensuring efficient and compliant financial operations.
• Lead and contribute to the design and configuration of SAP VIM solutions, aligned with client requirements and industry best practices. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business needs and translate them into effective SAP VIM solutions.
• Preferably with two or more full life End to End implementations.
• Experience and responsibility for gathering requirements, configuring the system and testing.
• Experience and configuration knowledge in VIM bolt on, Business Capture Center /IES,Barcoding, Open Text Archive Server, and SAP AP, AR, GL and ABAP.
• Business requirements gathering and design.
• Configure and enhancement experiences in the OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) and complex.
• Invoice workflow approval design.
• Conduct Business Blueprint design workshops and prepare functional gaps analysis.
• Process Type determination sequence for different document types.
• Present and configure VIM workflow scenarios.
• Custom coding and modification of OpenText VIM.
• Standard VIM Reports.
• Good understanding of SAP AP process and EDI is must for this role
• Experience in developing functional specification, Configuration rational and other project related documents.
• Experience leading and assisting clients with designing leading edge workflow solutions, configuration and enhancement of proprietary software product within SAP.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Finance, or related field. 
• Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP VIM implementation and optimization projects.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, invoice management, and document capture.
• Proficiency in SAP VIM configuration, including workflow design, data extraction, OCR integration, and integration with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP VIM integration with OpenText Extended ECM or other document management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Project management skills, including the ability to lead project teams, manage timelines, and ensure project success.
• SAP VIM certification is a plus.

•    Continually delivers all Wipro admin in a timely manner (timesheets, appraisals expenses, etc.,)

•    Suggest ways to improve an engagement through leverage of tools, methods assets, information sources , IP available within the knowledge management platform
•    Organises the contribution of IP and knowledge assets to the central repository of Wipro and GCG  and promotes reuse
•    Engages with other consulting and delivery teams to enhance collaboration and growth and is part of the Wipro 'Communities'  activities
•    Proposes new service offerings/capabilities and demonstrates value through innovation and subject matter expertise
•    Provides on/off site training, demos to existing staff as needed. Develops process assets and other reusable artefacts based on learnings from projects
