Senior Executive-US Payroll

Must have knowledge of US Payroll & ADP tool… Candidates should have experience in US Payroll, including end-to-end payroll processes, pre and post payroll activities, and handling On-Cycle & Off-Cycle, Weekly, Bi-weekly, and Semi-monthly payroll. The role also requires knowledge of Paycheck processing, Overpayments, Additional payments, Deductions, Adjustments, Termination, Garnishment, Health insurance, 401K Contributions, Control Reports, and US tax regulations such as Federal Income Tax and State/Local Income Tax.

Expertise in either of the countries' payroll - US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany and Taiwan
Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Vistra platforms.

Must have knowledge of US Payroll & ADP tool

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
5+ years of experience in global payroll processing.
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations in the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Australia, and Taiwan.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

•  Maintains quality service by enforcing quality standards, analyzing and resolving client's problems, and recommending system improvements
•  Defines objectives, identifies and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of action, and evaluates outcomes
•  Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards
•  Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
•  Manage day-to-day business objectives and preparation of operational practices to achieve the processing of bi-weekly payroll for all regulatory, labor, and tax guidelines within US and Canada.
•  Lead, coach and develop payroll team that oversees multi-state/multi-provincial payroll processing.
•  Key partner with COE to coordinate payroll & Tax activities.
•  Execute precise payroll calculations, including wages, deductions, and benefits, ensuring timely distribution to all employees across all our operating countries, including but not limited to the US (all 50 states), Canada, UK, Germany, Australia and Taiwan
•  Ensure compliance with all relevant tax reporting, filings, and any changes in federal, state, and country-specific international legislation and regulations that affect payroll processing in all operating jurisdictions.
•  Prepare detailed payroll reports for senior management review, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
•  Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies, ensure accuracy, and provide insights.
•  Conduct audits of payroll transactions to verify compliance with company policies and regulations, and implement best practices.
•  Ensure the maintenance of updated payroll records and documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
•  Manage and maintain proficiency in core payroll platforms, including ADP Workforce Now (US) and Vistra (International), ensuring accurate system configuration and data flow.
•  Manage relationships and coordinate with external payroll service providers (e.g., ADP, Vistra) to ensure service delivery, issue resolution, and system updates.
•  Respond to and resolve employee payroll inquiries, discrepancies, and issues, providing accurate and timely support.
•  Collaborate closely with internal HR, Finance (Accounting/Tax/Treasury), and Legal teams on payroll-related matters, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and policy adherence.
•  Relevant jurisdictions in the US include all 50 US states. International jurisdictions include Canada, UK, Germany, Australia and Taiwan.
