About the role:

As Senior Marketing Manager – Sector Growth, Tech New Age, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating pipeline and revenue growth for Wipro’s Tech New Age portfolio across the Americas. This role is focused on growth marketing, spanning demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and large deal pursuit marketing for emerging and platform-led technology domains such as AI/GenAI, software and physical AI, data and analytics platforms, cloud, digital ecosystems, and Big Tech–led innovation.
You will work at the intersection of business strategy, sales execution, and digital-first marketing, partnering closely with senior business leaders, account executives, solution teams, and ecosystem partners to source, shape, and win high-value transformation deals. This is a senior, hands-on role that combines strategic leadership with strong execution ownership, supporting the Sector Marketing Head while independently driving programs that influence pipeline, deal velocity, and win rates.

K͏ey Responsibilities:

  1. Growth, ABM & Pipeline Impact
    •    Design and execute digital-first, outcome-led growth marketing programs that drive mindshare, demand, and qualified pipeline across Tech New Age accounts.
    •    Lead account-based marketing (ABM) for priority hunting and expansion accounts, strengthening buyer relationships, improving deal velocity, and growing share of wallet.
    •    Own and execute large deal and proactive pursuit marketing, partnering with deal teams to influence opportunity strategy, differentiation, and client preference.
  2. Tech New Age Brand & Thought Leadership
    •    Build Wipro’s Tech New Age brand presence through thought leadership, executive visibility, analyst engagement, and high-impact content and solution marketing.
    •    Lead Wipro’s presence at AI-, platform-, and innovation-led forums, including GenAI, technology ecosystem, and developer-focused events.
    •    Develop bold, outcome-driven narratives that position Wipro as a trusted partner for next-generation technology transformation.
  3. Partner & Ecosystem Marketing
    •    Work closely with Wipro’s partner and hyperscaler ecosystem to design and execute joint marketing programs across awareness, demand generation, and deal pursuits.
    •    Activate partner-led campaigns and co-marketing plays aligned to Tech New Age growth priorities.
  4. Execution Excellence & Collaboration
    •    Collaborate with sector leadership, business teams, sales, solution leaders, and global marketing teams to translate growth priorities into high-impact programs.
    •    Manage agencies and specialist teams to deliver integrated, multi-channel marketing programs spanning website, email, social, digital media, ABM platforms, and events.
    •    Track performance rigorously, analyzing data, generating insights, optimizing execution, and clearly communicating impact and ROI.
    •    Manage budgets, project plans, and cross-functional execution with strong operational discipline.
  5. Leadership & Team Development
    •    Act as a connector and trusted partner across business, sales, marketing, and partner teams.

Required Experience:

  • 12+ years of progressive B2B / IT services marketing experience, with at least 5+ years in demand generation, ABM, and/or marketing program management.
  • Proven experience building and executing integrated growth marketing programs for an IT services or B2B technology organization.
  • Demonstrated success in large deal and proactive pursuit marketing, supporting complex, high-value sales motions.
  • Strong experience with digital marketing strategy and execution, including ad-tech, landing pages, analytics, nurture programs, and always-on campaigns.
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation and ABM platforms such as SFDC, Marketo, Demandbase, ITSMA frameworks, Adobe, and related tools.
  • Experience planning and executing large, high-impact in-person and virtual events, managing end-to-end delivery and budgets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide teams with clarity and confidence.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively across global, cross-functional virtual teams and time zones.

  • Strong expertise in Tech New Age domains including AI/GenAI, data and analytics platforms, cloud, digital ecosystems, software and physical AI, and emerging technology services.
  • Experience in traditional industry verticals is not required
