Job Description
- Define enterprise ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SPM
- Design scalable ITSM solutions (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog)
- Lead ITOM implementations (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management)
- Design ITAM lifecycle (HAM Pro, SAM Pro, license compliance, asset optimization)
- Lead SPM modules (Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, Financial Management)
- Establish CMDB governance and CSDM alignment
- Drive AIOps, automation, and event correlation strategies
- Define financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization models
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems (ERP, monitoring, procurement tools)
- Drive automation via Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, orchestration
- Lead architecture reviews and enforce best practices
- Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance
- Mentor teams and provide technical leadership
- Engage with CXO stakeholders for strategic alignment
