Role Purpose


The purpose of this role is to provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations

Job Description

Microsoft 365 Administration

  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams
  • Manage users, groups, licenses, and service configurations using Microsoft 365 Admin Center 
  • Monitor service health, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis (RCA)

SharePoint Online & OneDrive

  • Manage SharePoint Online sites, site collections, permissions, storage, and sharing settings
  • Support site creation, governance, and lifecycle management
  • Troubleshoot SharePoint and OneDrive sync, access, and permission issues
  • Work with PnP PowerShell and SharePoint Admin Center for bulk and advanced operations

PowerShell & Automation

  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and bulk administration
  • Use PowerShell modules such as PnP.PowerShell,  Microsoft Graph, 
  • Automate reporting, audits, access reviews, and operational tasks
