ITAM – Software Asset Management (Expert Level) – Strategic planning and governance for software assets.
AI/ML & Predictive Analytics – Advanced application for enterprise-scale forecasting and optimization.
Automation & AIOps Leadership – Driving automation adoption across multiple teams and platforms.
Compliance & Risk Management – Expertise in regulatory adherence and proactive risk mitigation.
Architect Service Management processes and procedures including:
o Portfolio Management
o Install/ Move/ Add/ Change (IMAC)
o Contract Management
o Procurement
o Financial Management
o Software License Compliance
o Software Asset Management
o Integrations with complimentary systems, such as service management, auto-discovery, and configuration management data base (CMDB)
• Develop and deliver ITAM technical training for customers, partners and end users.
• Ensure adherence to internal IT Governance frameworks, policies and Compliance standards related to software assets
• Stay informed about the evolving software licensing models, industry best practices and regulatory requirement impacting SAM
• Identify and implement oppurtunities for process automation and operational improvments within the SAM program
• Work with Native cost management tools from AWS, Azure and GCP within the SAM program
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize the value and efficiency of the organization's software investemnts
• All the CR are processed as per the approval process flow and necessary changes are made in SAM ELP based on the changes in CI status
• License Optimisation Plan, Renewal and True-up Recommendations, Reduced Compliance Risk,
• Raise alerts on any Anomalies and shortfalls in licenses and ensure gap closure.
• Updated SAM tool, Knowledge Article and EPD document on periodic basis

- Clear wipro exams and internal certifications from time to time to upgrade the skills
- Attend trainings, seminars to sharpen the knowledge in functional/ technical domain
- Write papers, articles, case studies and publish them on the intranet
