Job Description

Candidates should be ready to work 5 days a week from Office.
Experience in Patching different environments

Troubleshooting system admin issues and WSUS server level issues
System Maintenance: Installing, configuring, and updating operating systems (Windows/Linux) and applications, as well as managing user accounts, permissions, and security.
Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitoring server performance, network traffic, and system logs to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Security & Backup: Applying system updates, implementing security measures, and maintaining data backups to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery.
Troubleshooting: Providing technical support to resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues, often acting as a high-level support escalation point.
Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations, network diagrams, and operating procedures
