Designing and implementing data pipelines to collect, clean, and transform data from various sources Relevant experience of 5+ Years Strong experience in Angular and JavaScript Experience in UI/UX and collaboration with cross-functional teams Ensuring data is properly secured and protected Developing and implementing data governance policies and procedures Collaborating with business analysts, data analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensure they have access to the data they need Ensure the design, code and procedural aspects of solution are production ready, in terms of operational, security and compliance standards. What is Nice to Have Relevant experience of 5+ Years Strong experience in Angular and JavaScript Experience in UI/UX and collaboration with cross-functional teams Good understanding and experience in front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3 Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors Excellent verbal and written communication skills Have a flexible approach and be creative.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Core responsibility is to meet and connect with new hires on a daily basis to understand their issues
  • Liaise with support functions for effective resolution of trainee issues
  • Engage trainees in an effective manner during the Trainee Awaiting Training Phase in order to arrest infant attrition.
  • Effectively audit training labs to check existing lab infrastructure and highlight any changes required
  • Should be able to have excellent rapport with training and WFM stakeholders to understand training requirement and numbers and accordingly allocate and manage training labs      
  • Should be able to represent as a Wipro Brand Ambassador in front of new hires
