Job Description: 

TECHNICAL LEAD

Minimum of 8+ years of strong hands-on full stack with Angular developer experience.

•            Have a strong technology background as full stack (Angular ) lead developer with the exceptional experience building large scale enterprise

•            Building RESTful webservices, API management, Microservice using Spring Ecosystem, Kafka and container based solutions.

•            Excellent Database knowledge and hands on experience managing a large RDBMS, LDAP.

•            Worked on industry leading COTS solution, such as Ping Federate, Access Management, ThreatMetrix, Biocatch, etc. integration with home grown enterprise capabilities.

•            Have a strong working experience in deploying containerized solution using AKS in Azure or other similar Cloud infrastructure.

•            Design and build highly resilient fault tolerant and high throughput application eco system.

•            Be an active player in PoC and Solution Design Thinking

•            Provide a strong technical leadership and an active champion to drive the Public Cloud Azure adoption

•            Participate in all aspects of application development life-cycle: PoC, Ideation, Design, Build, Test and Ongoing operation

•            Embrace DevOps culture including CI/CD, Jenkins, test automation

•            Embrace on learning mindset to take each task as a challenge to learn and share the knowledge as a way of continuous improvement

•            Act with ownership culture to drive meaningful change that aligns with the overall enterprise product vision

•            Sound to advanced knowledge of the business, technical environment, processes, procedures, various programming languages and operating systems.

•            Works independently as an experienced developer and helps resolve complex issues, guide others within area of expertise.

Areas of responsibility

Gathering of requirements-Participate in gathering requirements for specific modules and ensure clear, structured documentation. Work across multiple business processes to capture linkages, dependencies, and required changes.

Solution Design-Facilitate creation of application solution designs for a specific module under the guidance of the Project Manager, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.

Coding and Configuration-"Review the developed codes, resolve technical queries of the team for the assigned module and create consistent replication patterns, to ensure that the developed code aligns with the project standards.Collaborate with project managers through all phases of software development life cycle."

Perform root-cause analysis to identify and troubleshoot recurring technical issues. Modify software codes to resolve errors, adapt to new hardware and software, enhance performance, and upgrade interfaces."

Implementation-"Collaborate with technical teams to validate configurations, facilitate integration of new applications, and address dependencies during deployment. Prepare user training documents and related frameworks to ensure smooth adoption new applications and minimize transition risks."

 

Mandatory Skills: Fullstack Java Enterprise .
