The purpose of this role is to bridge client's functional and technical requirements at the module level by assisting in outlining technical specifications, performing basic configuration, and troubleshooting initial system issues.

Senior Developer - ServiceNow ITOM
Event Management / Service Mapping / AIOps
Role Summary
The Senior ITOM Developer will design, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITOM capabilities supporting UCQ's monitoring, observability, CMDB, and AIOps transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Configure Event Management and Alert Intelligence solutions.
2. Develop Event Rules, Alert Rules, Correlation Rules, and Alert Suppression.
3. Implement Service Mapping and Discovery patterns.
4. Configure MID Servers and monitoring integrations.
5. Build CMDB data ingestion processes.
6. Develop automation workflows and remediation actions.
7. Support AIOps implementation and machine learning use cases.
8. Troubleshoot complex event and CMDB issues.
9. Participate in code reviews and technical mentoring.
10. Support release and deployment activities.
