Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute scripts using KQL (or SQL) to investigate large‑scale data signals.Evaluate logs and diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues in disk failures, server crashes and faults driven behaviors.Perform root cause analysis on failing disks to identify hardware defects, manufacturing issues, or compatibility problems.Remain on call on rotation basis to handle ICMs Qualification and Experience:BE/ME in Computer Science / Electronics with 6+ years of experience in relevant fields.Demonstrated proficiency in Storage protocols like NVMe, SATA or SAS.Platform or system level debug and validation experience, particularly with SSDs or HDDs.Experience on ‘Debug at scale’ will be an advantageProficient in Kusto Query Language (or SQL) with the ability to build automations and data driven insights.Familiarity with hardware testing frameworks and tools.
