Seeking Solution Architects who is dedicated to leveraging the capabilities of the ServiceNow Telecom Industry Solutions in conjunction with Wipro’s market-leading technical and industry expertise to offer exceptional solutions global clients. The role involves working with our clients through their transformation journey, helping them realize and communicate the associated benefits. ServiceNow Solution. Consultants will identify opportunities, lead execution activities, and balance technical expertise with a business-focused mindset to shape, sell, and deliver ServiceNow-enabled transformation programs.

Key responsibilities:

Act as trusted advisors by showcasing deep ServiceNow knowledge and delivering exceptional value to ensure repeat business.

Drive building Telco Industry solutions /PoC using ServiceNow Platform

Execute consulting assignments, driving technology innovation with ServiceNow Workflows and Platform.

Demonstrate skills in planning, consulting, requirement analysis, design, and delivery of ServiceNow Platform, workflow and Industry solutions

Qualifications:

Software development languages- RDBMS, Oracle/MySQL, in Memory DB GEN AI and Python and Generative AI Profiles

DevOps CI/CD Process knowledge

Large DB handling knowledge

DB Business Logic objects Performance Optimization Technical Knowledge

Design, develop and implement database systems based on requirements.

Optimize database systems for performance efficiency.

Prepare design specifications and functional documentations for assigned database projects.

Develop database tables and dictionaries.

Ensure data quality and integrity in databases.

Identify any issues related to database performance and provide corrective measures.

Create complex functions, scripts, stored procedures and triggers to support application development.

experience in developing database projects using SQL Server latest versions

Hands-on SQL-XML programming skills

Strong in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for ETL and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for report generation

Good in performance tuning especially tuning complex queries, procedure and indexing strategies

Experience in Data Modeling, Database design and well versed with SQL Server best practices

XML Extraction and Transformation

XML Databases and Indexing/Search/Lucene

Industry Experience commensurate to Band and position

For Band C1 / C2 - 6+ years in architecting, developing, data structures, database planning and implementing.

Client/Customer Management, Reporting, Stakeholder management

Supported pre-sales, delivered solution presentations

Excellent communication skills

Industry Certifications for atleast one leading Database and AI

Bachelor's degree

Desirable but not mandatory:

Worked on Network Management / Worked on ServiceNow TSM

knowledge of Telekom domain
