Job Description

As a Consultant, you will leverage deep expertise in New Relic APM to instrument applications, build comprehensive business journey maps, and optimize monitoring strategies. You will play a critical role in proactive monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting complex, multi-tiered business applications, enhancing the overall efficiency and responsiveness of critical business processes.

 

Responsibilities include :

  • Designing and implementing New Relic APM solutions tailored to client technology stacks, including web, mobile, and cloud environments.
  • Configuring monitoring agents, integrating observability tools with various application frameworks, and onboarding diverse data sources such as databases and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Analyzing observability data and performance metrics to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and implement performance enhancements.
  • Developing scripting automation using Python or PowerShell to extend tool functionalities and streamline monitoring workflows.
  • Collaborating with DevOps teams to integrate monitoring within CI/CD pipelines and support agile delivery models.
  • Communicating technical concepts and performance insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding and collective decision-making.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of emerging industry standards and observability technologies to continuously improve solution effectiveness.

This position requires strong client engagement skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a dedication to delivering measurable business value through observability excellence.
