Role: Architect – Kubernetes & Platform Engineering
Experience: 12+ years (minimum 5+ years in Kubernetes / Cloud Native ecosystem)
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Platform Architect with strong expertise in containerized platforms, Kubernetes ecosystem, OpenShift, cloud-native development, logging & monitoring stacks, and secret management frameworks. The Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing platform services, including logging stacks (Loki/FLG), Keycloak identity services, and Vault-based secret management on Kubernetes.
The role involves leading technical designs, driving platform automation, defining best practices, performing complex troubleshooting, and guiding development teams in modern DevOps and SRE principles.
Required Skills & Experience
Core Technical Skills
- Kubernetes (K8s) – Expert-level (Design, multi-cluster management, networking, operators, CRDs).
- OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) – Strong experience with enterprise deployments.
- Go Language – Proven experience building K8s-related tools/operators or backend services.
- Python & Shell scripting – Strong automation and tooling experience.
- Ansible – Playbook development, infrastructure automation.
Logging & Monitoring Stacks:
- PLG/ALG/FLG (Fluent/Promtail/Alloy → Loki → Grafana)
- Fluentd/FluentBit
- Hands-on experience architecting or stabilizing logging pipelines in production.
Identity & Security
- Keycloak – Development & integration on Kubernetes:
- Custom realms, identity brokering, RBAC, OAuth2/OIDC flows.
Vault Secret Management:
- Vault agent injector on K8s
- KV engine, Transit engine, dynamic secrets (DB, cloud providers)
- Vault HA setups and K8s auth methods
DevOps & Automation
- Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Tekton, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Strong knowledge of containers, Dockerfiles, image security scanning, Helm, Kustomize.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices design, and distributed systems.
Testing & Quality
Knowledge on automation using Robot Framework for functional/infra validation

1. Responsibilities:
- Meeting with the IT manager to determine the companyâÂÂs current and future needs.
- Determining whether the current system can be upgraded or if a new system needs to be installed.
- Providing the company with design ideas and schematics.
- Project managing the design and implementation of the system.
- Meeting with the software developers to discuss the system software needs.
- Troubleshooting systems issues as they arise.
- Overseeing all the moving parts of the system integration.
- Measuring the performance of the upgraded or newly installed system.
- Training staff on system procedures.
- Providing the company with post-installation feedback.

2. Technical Architect Requirements:
- BachelorâÂÂs degree in information technology or computer science.
- Previous work experience as a technical architect.

3. Managerial experience.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise systems, networking modules, and software integration.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
- Familiarity with programming languages, operating systems, and Office software.
- Advanced project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to see big-picture designs from basic specifications.
- Ability to problem solve complex IT issues.
