Job Description: 

Tosca Test Lead

Location - Bangalore

Exp. - 8 to 12 Years

Required Skills & Experience Core Technical Skills • 6–8 years of experience in test automation, with strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca

• Hands-on experience automating: o SAP o Web applications o APIs (REST/SOAP) o Databases (SQL validation) o Desktop applications using Vision AI

• Strong experience in: o DEX (Distributed Execution) o Unattended test execution

• Solid understanding of model-based test automation Testing, Debugging & Analysis

• Strong expertise in: o Root Cause Analysis (RCA) o Failure analysis and automation debugging o Defect management and resolution Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Proven ability to work with: o Functional SMEs o Business and product teams

• Strong triaging skills with focus on quick turnaround time • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Domain Expertise (Preferred)

• Experience in Energy & Utilities domain • Knowledge of: o Electricity and Gas business processes o Billing, Metering, Customer lifecycle, and market operations Good to Have Skills • Experience with: o Tosca Cloud o Elastic Execution Grid (E2G) o Tosca DI (Data Integrity)

• Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps) • Understanding of Agile / DevOps methodologies Certifications (Strongly Preferred) • Tricentis Tosca certifications, such as: o Tosca Automation Specialist (AS1 / AS2) o Tosca Automation Engineer (AE1 / AE2) o Tosca Test Design Specialist o Tosca Architect Level 1 (TAA1) or higher

• Additional certifications in API testing, SAP testing, or DevOps are a plus
