- Support trade compliance activities across Legal, IP Legal, Delivery, IT, Security, Procurement, and Business units.
- Provide export control inputs for RFPs, contractual terms, supplier engagements, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with sanctions and restricted‑party screening teams; support risk escalations.
- Assist in developing and delivering internal training on export control topics.
- Track regulatory updates (primarily U.S.; secondarily EU/UK/other regions) and support process improvements.

- Strong working knowledge of EAR, ITAR, OFAC, and ECCN classification—particularly for software.
- Ability to interpret technical descriptions of software/technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong documentation discipline.
- High attention to detail, ability to work independently, and manage multiple assessments.
- Experience with trade compliance tools, restricted‑party screening platforms, or compliance automation.
