Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

Skilled Unix Developer with strong experience in Unix/Linux environments to develop, enhance, and support applications, automation scripts.

Hands on experience in UNIX utilities, shell scripting.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain Unix- based applications and scripts
  2. Write and optimize Shell scripts for automation
  3. Perform file system management and system administration tasks
  4. Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency
  5. Ability to debug and optimize shell scripts

1 Process No. of cases resolved per day, compliance to process and quality standards, meeting process level SLAs, Pulse score, Customer feedback, NSAT/ ESAT
2 Team Management Productivity, efficiency, absenteeism

Mandatory Skills: Java-J2EE .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .
