Job Description

Role Summary

 
We are looking for an experienced Veeva PromoMats Techno-Functional Consultant to support implementation, enhancement, administration, and business process optimization activities within the Veeva Vault PromoMats platform. The consultant will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring efficient management of promotional material review, approval, digital asset management, and regulatory compliance processes

 

Key Responsibilities
 

Functional Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Promotional Review & Approval (PRC/MLR) processes.
  • Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand current and future-state business processes.
  • Configure and maintain PromoMats objects, document types, workflows, lifecycles, security, and metadata.
  • Support Digital Asset Management (DAM) processes within PromoMats.
  • Define and optimize promotional content approval workflows.
  • Support content creation, review, approval, distribution, and archival processes.
  • Perform impact assessments for new releases and business enhancements.
  • Prepare functional specifications, process flows, SOPs, and user training materials.
  • Conduct UAT planning, testing, defect triage, and business sign-offs.
  • Provide business support during releases and hypercare periods.

Technical Responsibilities

  • Configure Vault components including:
    • Objects & Object Types
    • Document Types
    • Lifecycles
    • Workflows
    • Dynamic Access Control
    • Security Profiles
    • Reports & Dashboards
  • Support Vault integrations with:
    • CRM systems
    • DAM platforms
    • Regulatory systems
    • External content management solutions

Areas of Responsibilities

Business process analysis-Review deliverables defined as part of domain-led transformation initiatives to ensure successful execution.

Market research & benchmarking-"Review of forecasting models, cost benefit analysis and define alternate process methodologies applied as part of benchmarking and analysis.

Plan and forecast strategies across enterprise engagements, ensuring consistency and scalability. "

Optimization Initiatives-"Lead domain optimization and solution programs, ensuring governance, quality, and value creation for clients.

Conduct performance review, facilitate professional development and mentor consultants."

Technical Documentation-"Review and approve documentation ensuring functional accuracy, completeness, and alignment with domain standards and organizational objectives.

Provide guidance to teams in maintaining consistency, clarity, and quality across all deliverables.

Lead initiatives to articulate complex technical concepts into clear communication materials, ensuring alignment with business and objectives."

Revenue Growth-"Lead budget performance by monitoring project financials, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring adherence to defined margin targets.

Identify mining opportunities in the existing accounts and participate in RFP discussions."

Thought Leadership -Create whitepapers, reusable frameworks, and knowledge assets, while guiding teams to adopt best practices and innovative approaches.
