Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Workday Experts to lead and deliver comprehensive Workday solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 full implementation cycles and be capable of leading techno-functional conversations with business stakeholders during the solutioning process or implementations to ensure requirements are fully understood and captured.

 

We are looking for 5-10 years relevant workday experience in any of the following workday functional modules - HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Learning, Time tracking, Reporting, Security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday solutions, including HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Learning, Business Process Configuration, Reporting, Security and Release activity.
  • Configure and maintain Workday modules (Core HCM and related functional areas)
  • Translate business requirements into system configurations
  • Support testing activities (unit testing, UAT support)
  • Troubleshoot configuration-related issues and provide ongoing support
  • Collaborate closely with client managers and functional stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR, IT teams, and external partners to design and implement scalable, high-performance Workday solutions.
  • Facilitate design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices with an understanding of the client’s unique business requirements at all stages of the project.
  • Engage and support the client through all phases of the project, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the Workday solution.
  • Provide hands-on expertise of the software, including loading client data, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and configuring business processes and security.
  • Lead techno-functional conversations with business stakeholders to ensure requirements are fully understood and captured.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience in Workday configuration
  • Strong understanding of HCM business processes
