Role - Workforce Relations Consultant

Band – B1 / B2

Location – Mumbai or Pune.

 

Core Responsibility Areas:

• Case management: Performance management, policy consultation, policy violation, exit and separation, absconding process management, bench management, SIR investigations.
• Handling colleague cases, queries and escalations. Provide a timely addressal of the concerns raised.
• Analyze the problem area and work with the relevant stakeholders to mitigate the same.
• Publish monthly reports with business and practice-wise details of cases managed.
• Facilitate sessions for colleagues and managers on HR policies and processes.
• Reviewing account specific floor policies and recommending changes.
• Maintain and present data for internal / external audits / litigations.

Required Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written business communication with the ability to articulate per the audience.
• Solid consulting, coaching and influencing skills with the ability to address the needs of a dynamic business environment.
• Ability to objectively present and meaningfully challenge views to enhance effectiveness and drive innovation
• Ability to empathize, analyze, prioritize and execute actionable in time-sensitive situations and giving utmost focus on colleague experience.
• Ability to think and innovate by removing NVAs and focusing on automation of existing processes.
• Proficient in handling sensitive colleague data.

Ability to converse, read and write in local language will be preferred
