Job Role : Infra and Platform Architect (Network Wireless SME)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Network Wireless Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise wireless solutions. The ideal candidate will also have a strong foundation in routing and switching technologies to ensure seamless end-to-end network operations and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize enterprise wireless networks using Cisco Catalyst, Meraki, or equivalent platforms.
- Conduct wireless site surveys, capacity planning, and performance tuning for large-scale deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex wireless issues related to connectivity, authentication, and performance.
- Integrate wireless infrastructure with wired LAN/WAN environments.
- Collaborate with routing and switching teams for cross-domain troubleshooting.
- Manage wireless controller configurations, firmware upgrades, and enforce security policies.
- Maintain documentation for network design, topology, and configuration changes.
- Work with operations and project teams to deliver secure and reliable network solutions.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC), Prime Infrastructure, and Identity Services Engine (ISE).
- In-depth knowledge of Wi-Fi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax), RF design, and spectrum analysis.
- Proficiency in wireless site survey tools such as Ekahau or AirMagnet.
- Strong understanding of routing and switching protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, STP, VLANs, HSRP).
- Familiarity with network security concepts, AAA, and RADIUS/TACACS integration.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Preferred certifications: CCNP Wireless, CCNP Enterprise, CWNP, Aruba Certified.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SD-Access, DNA Center, or wireless automation tools.
- Knowledge of network monitoring and performance management tools.
- Background in large enterprise or service provider environments.
Experience: 8-10 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
