Role Purpose


The purpose of this role is to prepare test cases and perform testing of the product/ platform/ solution to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters.

Note: Mandatory experience required on Providers, Medicare and Claims testing, Strong SQL skills.

Experience in Medicare Fulfillment functions strongly preferredDeep understanding of agile development and QA / UAT practices5+ years of experience managing testing / UAT teams, developing UAT/Test strategy, test plans and test casesExperience working with Onshore and offshore teamsExperience leading and managing UAT / Testing for Large transformation complex programs and organizationsExperience in Quality Assurance and UAT TestingKnowledgeable with high complexity, high volume transaction healthcare claim environmentPreferred experience working for a program involving a highly matrix organization within a heavily integrated environmentHigh degree of technical knowledge and testing and validation skills are required.Strong knowledge of data model/database design concepts and working knowledge of SQLExperience with successfully managing UAT planning and execution including transition / migration period for end usersExperience working with multiple groups, both internally and externally – clients, engineeringand product management teamsTeam Leadership & Development: Ability to mentor, coach and effectively transfer expertise to others

Mandatory Skills: Test Automation .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
